By engaging with J M Interior, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All design services, consultations, and project executions are subject to mutual agreement, including scope of work, timelines, and payment terms discussed prior to project initiation. Clients are required to provide accurate information, site access, and timely approvals to ensure smooth project progress. Any delay in approvals, payments, or required inputs may affect the project timeline, for which J M Interior will not be held responsible. A specified advance payment is required before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule. Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. J M Interior strives to deliver high-quality work; however, minor variations in materials, colors, or finishes may occur due to availability or manufacturing differences. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately. J M Interior is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, supplier issues, or labor shortages. All designs and concepts remain the intellectual property of J M Interior until full payment is completed.
